Personally I think they're providing an awesome service, if only the wankers in South Africa's surf industry could get on board and support them we'd all end up saving a ton of money. All I can say is keep on supporting them and send them a message thanking them for the service they provide... you'd be surprised how far a "thank you" message can go.
They're also very keen surfers and I know how frustrating it can be missing out on cooking waves only to be stuck on the beach with your camera!
